Located along the coastline in Portsea, the Portsea Hotel provided a light-filled setting overlooking the water.
The overall styling leaned into a fresh palette of whites and soft greens, with mirrored accents used throughout to keep the space feeling open rather than filled.

Designed for Hannah and Shaun, the cake was approached as part of that wider environment, with soft sculptural curves and gentle folds wrapping around each tier to echo the natural rhythm of the ocean. Paired with loose, tonal florals and positioned within the surrounding arrangements, the cake settles into the setting with quiet presence rather than standing apart from it.
